Good morning, Monday has rolled around fast (again!) and as we step into our weekly routines, two quick notes for this week:
– We’re announcing the complete judging panel (UK, EU, USA and AUSTRALIA) soon, this week (testing has already started).
– We’re getting quite a few questions about how to enter the actual CATEGORIES, so here’s a recap – this will help if you’re entering for the very first time.
(There’s more info on the entry form link below, but please get in touch if there’s anything you’re wondering about, various questions came in over the weekend, mainly about the categories and all from brands who’ve not entered before).

HOW TO ENTER THE CATEGORIES (THEY’RE FREE!)
1. Categories are FREE TO ENTER (the entry fee is per product – not per category)
2. And you can enter as many categories as you wish! Again, the entry fee depends on the number of products you’re submitting – not the number of categories.
3. So, one / each product can be entered into numerous categories (there’s an example below, in Point 5).
4. You can also enter a product into both the Beauty Shortlist Awards and Wellbeing Awards (or, for example for a unisex product you can enter the Beauty Shortlist and the Men’s Products Awards), there’s no extra cost for this. Or even, for example, a hair health supplement with ingredients suitable for men and women could go into the BSL, Wellbeing and Men’s Products Awards as it would fit all three.
5. Please indicate your preferred categories in the COMMENTS BOX on the entry form, eg:

6. There are a LOT of categories! More than in any other beauty or wellness awards, so if you’d rather let us apply each product you’re entering to ALL the relevant categories, we’re happy to do this for you. There’s no extra cost involved and we do this during the judging process (not before).
7. If you’ve already hit “SEND” and forgotten to choose your categories – or want us to, for you – simply email us and we’ll add them.
8. What if there is no category for my product? That’s not a problem – we’ve had winners that didn’t fit into any of the categories (these would qualify for an Editor’s Choice award).
9. How many products do you need to enter any of the main Brand Categories, eg Best Natural / Organic Skincare Brand?
We need to get a good feel for the brand across a range of diverse products, ideally, so the minimum number of products you can send in is 4 (for brands that only have 4 products in their edit), but larger brands are encouraged to send in six (so entering any of the main brand categories comes under the Special Rate Multiple Entry Fee £250).
Use of the 2025 Awards logo, for winners, is free of charge
There are no other costs involved in either entering or winning the Beauty Shortlist Awards/ Wellbeing Awards/ Men’s Awards 2025.
The Awards logos (Winner/Editor’s Choice/Finalist/Commended) are all FREE TO USE, across all marketing and media channels, globally and in perpetuity, so long as the formula does not change (if it does please contact us so we can check the INCI).
“Where should I send my samples to?”
Samples can be sent to either the UK, EU, USA or Australian address we’ll provide when we receive the completed entry form & entry fee.
