A Strong Year for The Indies: Natural Artisan Beauty Brands shine at 2022 Beauty Shortlist Awards
Crystal-infused cleansers, botanical-powered skincare and mood-boosting aromatherapeutic bath and body heroes are among the biggest winners at this year’s Beauty Shortlist Awards.
Entries were evaluated by three industry expert panels in the UK, USA and Australia over a period of three months, with the winners announced today, Wednesday 2 March.
This year’s top main brand category winners include:

Numerous organic and eco certified brands made the list, with Soil Association certified brands Modern Botany (Best New Skincare Launch), Inlight, VOYA, Willow Organic, Verdant Alchemy and SKN-RG scooping awards alongside Weleda (NATRUE) and Scottish indie brand Seilich, the first Wildlife Friendly ™ enterprise to be certified in the UK.
A number of Formula Botanica graduates have also won awards this year, including Orn Kuu, Lamia Biocosmetica, Kyushi, Flower & Spice, Rua, Organically Epic, OKOKO Cosmetiques, Apo.Ge, Creation Skin Sanctuary, Ayelet, SunLux, Alix Clo, OSCO, Wildcrafted Organics and more.
