I’ve got my right arm in a sling (separated shoulder) so this is going to be painfully short – sorry!
Having tried all of these (except for US brand COOLA which I’ve heard good things about from friends – top left in the pic), they’re all comfortable to wear year-round.
Everyone’s different but I wear an SPF50 on hot/sunny summer days, an SPF15 in winter (when you can get away with an SPF-infused tinted moisturiser) but as a general rule SPF30 works for me from spring until early autumn.
