And now, from our heads to our feet…WHY MOST OF US NEED TO GROUND OURSELVES MORE!

So, possibly one of the worst inventions – ever – for our health was the invention of rubber soles (the Adidas/Nike sneakers boom started in the late 50s and 60s) which pretty much ended our bodies’ connection with the earth.

But now that the weather’s warming up, it’s easier to squeeze some much-needed grounding into our days by simply walking on the earth, barefoot.  Even just 20 minutes barefoot/sitting in the park at lunchtime won’t just give you a Vitamin D hit, the earth’s negative charge will help rebalance your excess “positive electrical charge”.  It’s sort of like an electrical detox/rebalancing session, if you like. Do this every day and you could well see a marked improvement in how you feel – and sleep.
