I was honoured to be asked to join Tisserand’s Wellbeing Collective as their beauty expert last year, an offer that came out of the blue after having used Tisserand’s products (particularly their essential oils, hand creams and hand washes) for many years. I can’t recommend enough bringing essential oils into your daily life if you haven’t already.
Grapefruit has saved me on grey “nothing is going right days”, lavender has soothed me to sleep and my current favourite is focus-better, breathe-better peppermint. It’s a real air clearer and refreshes the mind and your mood.
If I escaped to a remote country house for a few months to disconnect, these oils would be coming with me!
