The Wellbeing Collection is Tisserand’s most recent launch – it’s a mix of Bath Oils, Body Oils, Roller Balls (I always travel with one of these) and Vaporising Oils. Last year I was addicted to the Lavender, this autumn I think it’s probably the De-Stress (an interesting alternative actually for wintery/Christmas nights, as it’s a real cosy-up-on-the-sofa blend of orange, geranium and nutmeg with full-on feelgood factor).
Wellbeing goes hand in hand with happiness and beauty – if we don’t feel well within ourselves emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically, things are out of sync and sometimes there’s that annoying domino effect when life somehow starts to get little off-kilter because you’re not feeling great. Aromatherapy can lift you when you’re a bit down, energise you when you’re fatigued and when your body plays up, there are Tisserand’s Detox and Muscle Ease oils.
I am genuinely smitten with Tisserand because the products are luxe and so aromatherapy-driven but they won’t break the bank (I’ve listed my Tisserand Wellbeing Dream List below, and every product hovers around the £10 mark).
For me, they’re like having your own personal “Aromatherapeutic Toolkit”. A Sweet Dreams Body Oil, Detox Bath Oil, De-Stress Vaporising Oil and Winter Warming Bath Oil would keep me very happy during “crisp falling leaves” season! The Bath Oils beckon early nights and I find the Vaporising Oils are like little mini-wonders. I use them to focus, chill out, calm me and uplifting me – I often pop one in a weekend bag with a little fragrance oil burner and a couple of tea light candles (Tisserand do burners too – here)

I’ve gone for another Bath Oil (but you have to when you have a secret obsession with long, warm baths in Alpine chalets!) – there’s something about winter-green scents I find really comforting and therapeutic at the same time, as if I’ve just spent a switch-off weekend at a swish Austrian spa. Best enjoyed with a fresh supply of logs and a crackling fire to cosy up to when you emerge from your soul-reviving bath.
