If you haven’t discovered Abahna yet, this is a great British brand – based in London and Made in England. (Last Christmas Deborah Meaden mentioned them in her #buybritish Tweets.) And if you’re at Heals or Fortnum & Mason’s in London anytime soon, pop over to the Abahna display and have a look. Their products smell even better than they look and I’m convinced it’s because they use natural essential oils. The Frangipani & Orange Blossom range is vibrant, warming and quite exotic, so the Bath Foam is a favourite of mine for really chilly nights.
If you’re not a winter person and don’t like dark-at-4pm-evenings, you might want to dive into their White Grapefruit & May Chang range – it’s fresh, zesty, intriguing and uplifting and they do home fragrances as well.
This is a brand that I could see at Marks & Spencer’s new Your Beauty zones, as well as Selfridges or Harvey Nichols. They’d be a great fit and when you see the detail on the packaging – such as the logo embossed in gold on beautifully designed boxes, the etched glass perfume bottles, the details on their candle holders, etc. – you may become smitten, too.

PS: Abahna do cute, beautifully boxed/designed try-me sizes from £4 upwards which just happen to fit into…is it too early to mention…? (Christmas stockings!)
