Bobbi Brown High Shimmer Lip Gloss
Finally, on The Beauty Shortlist, a post about lip gloss! We’re smitten with this High Shimmer Lip Gloss and if you haven’t tried it yet, head to the nearest Bobbi Brown counter and have a play. These glosses now come in larger sizes which is good and they’re subtly minty so they score well on the taste factor.
Their va-va-voom factor got us thinking…if we had to choose just 3 Bobbi Brown products to turn a weekday work day into a night out (goodbye office!) in 5 minutes, which would they be? OK, probably…
1. A lick of Bobbi Brown’s High Shimmer Lip Gloss (wear alone or over lipstick – the pink/peach/golds have spring and early summer written all over them)
2. A flick of Bobbi Brown’s Creamy Eye Pencil (soft, no drag, good stay-factor)
3. A trick of the light…Bobbi Brown’s new Brightening Finishing Face Powder. Lightly sweep over foundation/bronzer for a luminous-yet-subtle sheen.
The High Shimmer Lip Glosses cover a kaleidoscope of shades, from pale to dark and almost-nude to very vibrant and if you haven’t seen Bobbi’s new Neons and Nudes and Pot Rouges for Lips & Cheeks they look good too (we haven’t tested them yet).
